Gardener's Cottage is a traditional detached Highland cottage which has been tastefully modernised and provides comfortable self catering accommodation for 4/5 people.
The property is situated in a quiet rural location just off a private drive, approximately ¼ mile from the main road, well away from traffic noise. Outside there is an attractive open-plan lawned garden with mature shrubs. The cottage is surrounded by magnificent mountain scenery and there are superb views, both from within the cottage and also from the garden. Lochcarron is an attractive little village stretching along the north shore of its namesake, Loch Carron, on the north west coast of the Highlands of Scotland. As well as providing many opportunities for those who enjoy outdoor pursuits such as walking, climbing, cycling, fishing, nature watching, etc., it also makes an excellent base from which to tour with the whole of Wester Ross as well as Skye and Lochalsh being within easy reach for days out. Nearer at hand are the pretty villages of Plockton, Shieldaig and Applecross, the latter achieving quite a degree of fame as a result of the recent "Monty Halls' Great Escape" series on BBC2.
